Your own machine, one click away

Press Start Lab in the portal and a private lab environment boots just for you. Two links appear: your development environment and your machine. Everything runs in the browser.

The lab, piece by piece

1 · The IDE

A full Windows workstation running the CODESYS Development System, streamed as crisp, low-latency pixels (Amazon DCV). Ladder, FBD, structured text, online debug, breakpoints — the complete professional environment, not a web imitation.

2 · The PLC

A real CODESYS soft PLC runtime on its own Linux machine. You download your application to it exactly the way you would on hardware: scan cycles, task configuration, online changes and all.

3 · The twin

An interactive 3D machine (realvirtual.io) rendered by your GPU in your browser tab, wired to your PLC over live MQTT I/O. Your logic drives its actuators; its sensors feed your inputs. Break it, fix it, repeat.

Your work follows you

Projects saved in your lab are synced to durable storage every time the lab stops and restored when it starts — close the tab on Tuesday, pick up mid-rung on Saturday. Labs shut down automatically when idle, so there's never a meter running on a forgotten session.

Honest about what it is

This is a training environment, not a toy: the same IDE, the same runtime behaviour, the same download-and-debug loop you'll use professionally. The only thing simulated is the iron — and the twin makes that part more instructive than a dusty demo rig.
